About us
The Saco-S Association at Linnaeus University is a local collaboration body for all unions within Saco-S. The association negotiates for members at the university. Many of the 18 unions within Saco-S are represented at the university. The Swedish Association of University Teachers and Researchers (SULF) has the most members of these unions and therefore constitutes the contact association at Linnaeus University. The fact that SULF is a contact union means that they assist the university's Saco-S association in its day-to-day work by being responsible for ensuring that union trade union representatives have good union training and access to specialized expertise in, for example, labor and contract law. SULF has centrally appointed a contact ombudsman for the university, which contributes a large part of this support.
