The association for university graduates at IKEA
We work towards a better worklife for you - good conditions, a good work environment, stimulating work and development opportunities. Our goal is for IKEA to be an attractive employer and a good workplace for our members.
The Akademikerföreningen Ingka Group/Ikano/Inter IKEA has approx. 950 members, and we are constantly growing. Our members are found in all Ingka, Ikano and Inter IKEA companies throughout Sweden, from Haparanda in the north to Malmö in the south.
The academic association represents all of Saco's unions locally. In addition to support and advice to members, we act for our members' interests in negotiations, company boards and various forums within Ingka Group, Ikano and Inter IKEA.
