As a member of AF, you have the opportunity to become a contact person. Then you represent AF's members at Scania.
By getting involved in trade union issues, you have the opportunity to get a very good overview of how the business around you works and how it fits into Scania's business. You become a very important person both for your colleagues and for the company since you become involved in negotiations and cooperation. You receive training and supervision to feel secure in the role.
Contact persons are continuously appointed by AF's board.
