Member of the Board
The board is elected annually by AF's members and its work is based on the interests of the members.
As a board member, you are involved in AF's strategic work. You gain insight into Scania's decision-making processes, collaborate with the company management and represent over 3,600 graduates, including 600 managers.
The board work is done during working hours and is paid by Scania. The board of AF meets for a board meeting every week. Every year, AF produces a roadmap based on members' input. The roadmap controls what the board should focus on. Each board member is responsible for an area in AF's roadmap.
