AVA/AVA-T

Affärsverksavtal. Centrala avtal som reglerar andra förmåner och villkor än lön för affärsverken och vissa andra arbetsgivare inom infrastrukturområdet. Bygger på att villkoren anpassas genom lokala avtal efter lokala förutsättningar och behov. AVA och AVA-T tecknas mellan Arbetsgivarverket och de tre centrala fackliga organisationerna på statens område, Saco-S, OFR/S,P,O och Seko. Gällande affärsverksavtal hittar du här.

AVA/AVA-T  

Collective agreements for government-owned companies. Central agreement that regulates benefits and conditions other than pay for government-owned companies and some other employers in the field of infrastructure. Builds upon conditions being adapted through agreement according to local needs and circumstances. AVA and AVA-T are signed between the Agency for Government Employers and the three central union organisations in the area of state, Saco-S, OFR/S,P,O and Seko.
