Hängavtal

Ett kollektivavtal mellan en arbetsgivare och en arbetstagarorganisation, genom vilket arbetsgivaren förbinder sig att tillämpa förbundsavtal för branschen. 

Substitute agreement

A collective agreement between an employer and an employee organisation, through which the employer is obliged to apply the union agreement for the sector.
