Employment (Co-Determination in the Workplace) Act

The (1976:580) Employment (Co-Determination in the Workplace) Act came into force in 1976. The Act regulates the relationship between employer and employee vis-à-vis the right to information, on drawing up collective agreement and on mediation in labour disputes. Read the full text here.
