Samarbetsavtal

Överenskommelse mellan Arbetsgivarverket och de centrala arbetstagarorganisationerna på det statliga området. Samarbetsavtalet syftar till fredliga avtalsförhandlingar och innehåller bland annat regler för medling som innebär att Medlingsinstitutet inte ingriper i de statliga förhandlingarna.

Cooperation agreement  

Agreement between the Swedish Agency for Government Employers and the central employee organisations in the area of the state. The cooperation agreement aims for peaceful agreement negotiations and includes rules for mediation that entail that the National Mediation Office does not get involved in the state negotiations.
