Vikariat

Typ av visstidsanställning som uppställs i LAS. Lagen definierar inte vad som menas med vikariat men i de flesta fall avses att en person anställs för att ersätta en befintlig arbetstagare under en viss tid vid dennes frånvaro. 

Temporary substitute employment

A type of fixed-term employment that is categorised in the Employment Protection Act. The Act does not define what is meant by temporary substitute employment, but in the majority of cases it is that a person is employed to replace an existing employee for a certain period of that person’s absence.
