Terms and conditions for participation
- All prices are exclusive of VAT. EU exhibitors need to provide a valid EU VAT number in order not to be charged VAT. Prices will be charged in SEK unless agreed upon otherwise.
- SEK 4,500 registration fee will be added for all stand types except the shared country stand. If several exhibitors participate in the same stand, the co-exhibitors will be charged SEK 2,500 registration fee each. This includes a digital presentation for each participating exhibitor.
- The registration fee and full amount of your booking will be invoiced by Saco from September if not agreed otherwise.
- The booking is binding as soon as it got confirmed by Saco's project manager. The stand must be fully paid for you to have access to your stand
- Posters, etc. may not be set up in the exhibition area (only in your own stand area). Stand height or other height construction (including roof hanging) that exceeds 2.5 meters must be approved in advance by the organizer. Distribution of leaflets outside the own stand area is prohibited.
- The volume of any music or other sound-producing acitivites must be adjusted so that neighbors can speak normally.
- Activities outside the own stand area must be coordinated with the organizer.
- It is not permitted to pack and leave your stand prior to official closing hours. If a stand is left early the exhibitor will be fined 5 000 SEK per instance.
- The exhibitor will be notified of any changes to the fair within a reasonable time before the event or as soon as possible. In case of cancellation, the exhibitor can receive a refund of the amount paid, but is not entitled to compensation in addition to this. In cases where only the physical part is canceled, registration for the corresponding digital part of the event is still binding. In that case, the exhibitor is obliged to pay the normal price for the digital stand minus any agreed discounts.
- If exhibitors plan not to use their stand, they must inform about this in advance so that the organizer can find other uses and avoid empty stands and give the public correct information about who is at the fair.
