Working in Sweden

The webinar will give you valuable knowledge on how the Swedish labour market works as well as some insights regarding Swedish trade unions.

During 45 minutes you will learn more about employment rights, for instance different types of employments and your rights, but also social benefits such as parental leave, pensions, illness and unemployment. We will also dive deeper into the Swedish trade unions and find out what's special about them and why there are so many.

The webinar is led by Friedrich Heger, a labour law specialist working for Engineers of Sweden. He came to Sweden 13 years ago and learned the hard way how the Swedish labour market works. Now he wants to share his experiences and insights with other newcomers, and others as well.
